Blankdecks is part of SkateboardCorp, a manufacturer/retailer/distributor of skateboard products. SkateboardCorp is registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) in Noord Nederland (North of the Netherlands) with registration number (KvK-nummer): 08156070 0000.
Blankdecks works just like any other e-commerce platform or webshop. We offer products, you have the option to buy them.
The big difference between Blankdecks and other skateboard webshops is that we are not just a reseller, meaning, we don’t just sell products from other brands. We are, in fact, a skateboard manufacturer and distributor. This means that we supply other skateboard brands and skateshops with products, so that they can sell it.
Because we produce our own skateboard products, we can sell product straight from the factory and offer the best professional quality skateboards for such low prices.
Payments
You can keep track of your order status, including the status of your payment, through your account. The status will be updated in real-time and should always be up-to-date. If anything is still unclear, you could always contact our customer service.
We accept a variety of payment methods. Payments can be done through direct banking (iDeal, BanContact Mister Cash, Giropay, Sofort, P24, Belfius, KBC, EPS), bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal (also for your Visa and Mastercard payments). All payments will be handled through our payment service provider (PSP), Mollie.
Shipping and Delivery
Since we keep our own stock and ship all products from our own warehouse, our order processing is usually very fast. Once we received your payment, we will start processing your order immediately. Usually this means that your order will ship within 1-2 days, depending on the exact time your order comes in. To speed up the process we advice to pay for your order through instant banking or PayPal.
For products that require customization (like our Design your own deck (Pro++) product) you need to take production lead times into account. These products will usually ship within 10-14 working days after the payment and all files for production have been received.
Yes, we do! We can ship to pretty much any country on this planet and even offer free shipping for most countries when your order exceeds a certain order amount.
Depending on your location and order details/size/weight, we ship most orders through DPD and PostNL. When they don’t offer services for your location, we might use UPS, DHL or another logistics service provider.
Orders are generally delivered to most European countries (with some exceptions in Southern and/or Eastern Europe) within 1-5 working days and other countries within 10-14 days.
Orders and Returns
We give warranty on manufacturing errors on all of our products! This means, when you receive your order and something seems wrong, you can return the products and we will provide you with new goods or refund your money. Warranty only applies on products with defects on delivery or (factory) construction defects.

If you received your order but you changed your mind about it, you have 14 days to return it, no questions asked. This only applies to products that are not used, not assembled in any way (gripped or assambled as complete), by you OR us, and preferably still in the original packaging.

In most cases, when your order is processed, a tracking number will be attached to your order details in your account. If there is no tracking number available you can send us an email and we’ll update you accordingly.
If you changed your mind about your order, please send us an email before the order is processed and/or shipped. This usually happens within 12 hours after placing your order.
